The majority of the work is done virtually with the exception of an initial consultation meeting if the project is local. From the initial consultation call to gather information on your space and aesthetic goals, clients will receive a new client intake form with instructions including requests for existing site photos, measurements, and inspiration images. Once we receive all pertinent information about your project, you will be sent an initial "Vibe Check" deck to ensure our aesthetic goals are aligned. Your complete package will include scaled floor plans with furnishing or cabinetry layouts depending on the project level, elevations where necessary, 2-3 furnishing/material options per space, paint colors, hardware, and any other relevant information you would need to leave you with a fully-designed space.

You will receive an email from us with instructions for measuring, existing site photos, and inspiration requests. This will also include a brief form to learn more about your project.
Complete the instructions from your initial email. This will include detailed photos of your existing space, a completed questionnaire, measurements, and inspiration boards for the space.
We will put together an initial “Vibe Check” Deck with our interpretation of your overall design goals from the inspiration you sent. We request detailed feedback from the “Vibe Check” deck to avoid any revisions. Keep in mind the designer will make only 1 revision to the “Vibe Check” deck if requested.
We get to work on creating your full design package for your space!
After 3-4 weeks, you will receive your customized room deck in your inbox with sourcing links and final floor plans! You can get started on purchasing or simply hand the project over to your contractor to execute!
We will design and provide examples of the cabinetry style for you to pass along to your contractor. Cabinetry will be supplied and purchased by your contractor.
We will provide you with a budget range on your questionnaire for you to select. Alternatively, you can fill in your own budget requirements.
Limited design packages are not refundable. We do our best to gather all relevant information prior to beginning the project and make sure we are aligned on the vision before sourcing begins.
You can use the list to pick and choose what you would like to purchase - it is yours to do with what you wish!
Because paint colors change in every light, We usually give you 3-4 colors for you to sample on your job site.
