Hollywood Hills

Owner of a professional soccer team and a man on the go, this client wanted a full interior and exterior transformation of this modern escape overlooking the Hollywood Hills.

Set on a 26,000 square foot lot, this home features a large swimming pool and lawn area with just shy of 8,000 square feet of interior space. We tore out everything from the pool to all of the interior flooring along with the kitchen and bathrooms to give this once-dark home a light and modern aesthetic. Our goal for the exterior was to keep the overall structure while changing the stucco and adding natural wood elements to bring depth and contrast. The interiors were inspired by clean italian lines as we took a minimalist approach, showing restraint through our process.
