Manhattan Beach

Located in a gated community in the beachy barefoot town of Manhattan Beach, this client gave us full-reign to design an effortlessly coastal home with contemporary elements.

A retired professor and avid surfer, our client wanted a space where he could entertain friends and family that spoke as a representation of who he is. When you walk into this space, you truly feel the energy of the client and are welcomed with a sense of warmth. By renovating the kitchen and bathrooms, we were able to modernize these rooms to give them a clean and current feel. With nothing being too precious, we incorporated art that the client has collected over the years to create a living story through each inch of the home.
